HTTP Ping Test
Measure Round Trip Time (RTT) to a target server via HTTP requests.
Note: This tool uses HTTP requests to measure Round Trip Time (RTT). It is
not a true ICMP ping.
The target server must support CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) or be reachable via
opaque response mode.
Results may vary from command-line ping.
